Job Requirements
Require 5+ years of Test Engineering / QA experience, preferably in the DSL broadband or broader networking domain.
·Knowledge of DSL Broadband technologies (e.g. TR-069) is strongly preferred.
·5+ years of professional Software Testing experience
·Applied professional experience with TCP/IP networking.
·Professional experience on Linux OSs (CLI, networking required)
·Ability to write intermediate SQL scripts; fundamental database competency
·Knowledge of web services API testing and test approaches, tools (JSON, SOAP, REST, etc…)
·Proficiency with one or more scripting languages, such as Perl, Python, shell. Python preferred.
·Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
·Knowledge of performance testing concepts.
·Ability to handle multiple projects and switch quickly and comfortably between projects
·Professional experience in authoring Test Plan documentation, Test cases, Test reports, and defect reports. Experience with issue tracking systems like JIRA, RTC, People Soft and Salesforce.
·Demonstrable customer focus. Proven ability to communicate effectively with the customer; in-person, written, and via-conference calls.
