Job Title : Big Data Hadoop Developer
Location : Universal City, CA – Local to LA preferred
Duration : 12+ months contract
Scope of Work:
- 5 plus years' experience in BIG DATA development.
- Must have strong experience in data warehousing concepts.
- Background in Media & Entertainment will be preferred.
- Knowledge on marketing analytic is preferred
- Knowledge in Tableau is preferred
- Hands on experience on Teradata Database.
- Should have hands on experience on building new big data platform.
- Good in communication , customer interaction, onsite offshore coordination
- Very Strong in SQL/PLSQL/BTEQ
- Should have the experience in Reporting testing by writing SQL statements and validating the data
- Good in Documenting the requirements, Solutions and testing
- Experience in managing Small team, Task allocation and Tracking
Required tech skills:
- Hortonworks, Hive, Atscale or similar, Sqoop, Bedrock
- knowledge of data warehouse schemas, slowly changing dimensions.
