I wanted to clarify as I am not receiving the correct profiles for this role. Mainly I am seeing Business Analysts who have worked for healthcare clients but they were mainly BA's on an IT project where an application was being developed. If their title is Business Analyst, this is 9 out of 10 times the wrong profile. I need a Claims Analyst.. this is really not an IT position.. Its someone who has worked in the medical field for most of their career, if not their entire career, and understands the entire Claims process through and through
This role is backfilling someone who was promoted. The work will be at Mayo clinic in Rochester, MN. They will need to spend the first few months onsite in Rochester and then they can work 3 weeks a month remotely (1 week onsite). We are looking for a strong (Healthcare) Claims Analyst.. ideally, someone who has worked at BlueCrossBlueShield or UHG or Medica or similar. This person should thoroughly understand the claims process and most if not all of these terms as it relates to Claims: claims adjudication, adjustments, procedures, policies, work flows, error warnings, system testing, benefits.
NOTE: This person should local to Minnesota.
