Sit with users as they use the system and then figure out how to make it easier
Take 14 clicks and make it 1 click
Wire framing and prototyping for applications
Heavy duty application
Mainframe to web application
Good understanding of a user that is comfortable with current app but can convince them to make a move
HTML CSS—not needed but helps if they can speak it and know
Do not want a designer
Rapid prototyping
Quick work environment
White board sessions
Experience with Material designer
