Title : QA Lead(Lead Experience Must)
Location : Lexington, MA
Duration : 6+ Months Contract
Job Description:
6+ years of software QA testing experience in Client Server and Web-based environments, including testing the front-end, workflow, database, and Integration components
Complete understanding of the QA process and methodology, SDLC, Defect Tracking processes, and etc. This includes: Unit, Functional, Load, Automation, System, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing
Must have strong leadership, great project management experience, and great communication skills.
2 - 3 years of proven leadership experience leading other QA Analysts.
4 - 6 years' experience maintaining a defined QA test environment and
2 - 3 years of scheduling and test project management skills
This person will lead by example, so needs to be very strong technically, analytically and in Leading resources and projects. This person needs to be technical enough to understand what needs to be tested to make the right assignments.
Extensive experience in designing and developing manual test plans required
Team leadership experience with excellent written and verbal skills
Proficient with SUN, UNIX, Oracle and Windows platforms plus WebSphere, and Remedy tool sets
Knowledge of relational database concepts with Oracle and SQL databases
Flexibility to handle multiple simultaneous projects (multi-tasking)
Ability to quickly grasp business processes and apply to the testing techniques
Basic knowledge of automation tools, load and performance testing tools a plus (HP UFT, and HP Performance Center)
Must have experience with HP Quality Center Defect Tracking data base and Test Plan/Test Lab modules
Knowledge of Siemens Soarian product is plus
Great attention to details and be a self-starter
Healthcare experience– could have experience either on the revenue management cycle/billing side or the clinical side.
Previous experience in medical care or renal care systems would be a plus.
