Web Developer: should have exp with Websphere, Apache, Weblogic, IIS, Sun One web server, Unix, Shell, Java 5, windows , Sun Solaris:
Skills and Attributes
Ø Daily system analysis to proactively predict and detect systems errors or anomalies in order to ensure maximum uptime and services quality
Ø Escalation to vendor support services if necessary to resolve any package software application related issues
Ø Work to test planned upgrades and migration of Internet applications
Ø Make critical decisions in the areas of analysis, problems solving and infrastructure planning
Ø Document and define requirements and strategies for a successful internet application implementation.
Ø Proven leadership skills in the management of internal and external development resources
Ø Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills as well as excellent organization, multi-tasking, prioritizing, and teamwork skills
Ø Ability to work quickly and independently in high stress situation/environment
Ø Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications and accurately estimate the work effort associated with all technical deliverables
Ø N-tier web development experience with exposure to full lifecycle projects
Required Experience
Ø 7+ years experience designing, installing, configuring, supporting and administering internet applications and content management systems
Ø Strong MS Windows 2003/2008,Solaris and Linux System Administration are required.
Ø Candidate must have experience with a Content Management system-Interwoven (Teamsite experience preferred)
Ø Experienced in Web server configuration and architecture
Ø Experience with web Applications Servers (e.g. WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, IIS, Sun ONE Web Server, Apache, ATG Dynamo)
Ø Experience with web development technologies, languages, and tools such as Java 5, Servlet Specification (Servlet/JSP/JSTL) and UNIX Shell
Ø Understanding of relational database design process
Ø SQL Server, and/or Oracle Database experience is a plus
